CITY are in negotiations with former QPR chairman Gianni Paladini about a possible takeover.

Mark Lawn this afternoon confirmed that talks have begun with the 69-year-old Italian, the former agent of Benito Carbone.

Lawn told the T&A: "We have signed a confidentiality undertaking and we are talking to him."

Paladini had registered a company Bradford City Holdings at Company House in February but that is not connected with the club.
