City’s youth team followed in the footsteps of the senior side as they won their FA Youth Cup second-round tie at Stourbridge 5-3 on penalties last night.
Goals from Calum Hepworth and a 90th-minute equaliser from Jamie Arundel took the game into extra-time.
The scores remained 2-2 after 120 minutes before Louie Swain kept his nerve from the spot to secure victory for the Bantams following earlier successful penalties from Connor Bower, Connor Erangey, Curtis and Forrayah Bass.
City now face a home tie with Histon in the third round.
