SIR – I read with interest the article about the Ginn family attempting to start a micro-brewery in Cyprus. (T&A, June 28).
The biggest stumbling block is the fact that the church owns the main brewery KEO and dictates to the government. Who can go above the head of the church?
The Ginn family have met all the criteria set out by the Government and Customs Departmentbut still haven’t received a Brewing Licence.
Anyone who feels that this is an injustice can support the Ginn family by Visiting the “Go Petition/Support Aphrodite’s Rock Brewing Company” website and vote to show their support. Join the 900-plus people from around the world and help the Ginn family from Bradford.
