SIR - Hats off to you for your "Be Safe, Not Sorry" campaign but remember that slow speeds are to be condemned too. People travelling at, say an unwarranted 25mph in an unwarranted 30mph zone (and there are some) can provoke action by other drivers which can be dangerous. It is not only speed that kills.
