SIR - Surely the appeal of city living is that one is either living closer to work or university or within easy access of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities etc.
I wonder how many of the occupants of these apartments being constructed across Bradford city centre actually make use of the local facilities on their doorstep? Or are the ticket offices at Forster Square and Interchange stations the only places benefiting from these apartments, and the trains bound to Leeds?
Surely this completely defeats the reason why anybody would want to live in a city centre.
