SIR – After reading your article on who is running the Council, how could the Lib Dems moan about Labour running it, when at full Council meetings they kept saying how Labour nearly bankrupted the city the last time they were in control?
It’s a disgrace they sat on their hands and let Labour rule the city.
Jeanette Sunderland and her party should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they lose seats at next year’s elections over it, and I dread to see what the council tax rise will be as well.
