SIR – So now we hear that our wonderful Council is to spend £1.2 million of our money on a feasibility study re the Odsal Sporting Village. What an utter disgrace.
If there is money to spare, then perhaps the Council could use it instead to ask its residents what they want to see for their city centre rather than what they are trying to impose.
Some proper consultation would be a novel experience for us! Something for us all to bear in mind at the imminent local election?
One then wonders what the voters in the Keighley constituency at the forthcoming General Election will make of their Conservative candidate, Kris Hopkins, bearing in mind that he is the leader of Bradford Council?
