SIR - The Last Night of the Proms is a British tradition that should never be forgotten.
In these difficult times, the performance on September 12 and presentation on TV was excellent.
The Royal Albert Hall is a wonderful arena, (I have been there in recent years, not for the Last Night) but to bring it into the home during this current pandemic is a credit to all those involved.
As I have always said, having watched the presentation on TV over the years; brilliant, nobody else could produce an event like this.
Sir Henry would be and still will be proud; long may it continue.
