T&A reader letter
SIR - UK Test and trace are contacting 80.6per cent of close contacts of those testing positive for Covid 19 (T&A, August 28). In Bradford the figure is just 43per cent. Peterborough and Blackburn with Darwin are only slightly better. These three areas are also on the list of areas with the highest infection rates. Is there a connection here?
Are these areas being let down by the Test and Trace service and does some of the blame for those higher infection rates therefore rest at their door? Could do better!
