T&A letter
SIR - The T&A (August 25) reports on £100m to be spent on plans to transform Bradford city centre.
Part of this scheme would be to improve the Interchange as it is "currently a poor gateway to the city centre, and does not reflect Bradford's vibrancy." Now what vibrancy is this many might ask?
It's an awful lot of money, and one has to wonder whether it would ever produce a convincing return on the outlay.
