SIR - Regeneration boss Maud Marshall states (T&A, November 19) "This new 220-bed hotel will help the city to secure increased business".
How, surely common sense and logic would say, create new business first, then the hotel will follow on, complementary to the business created.
Perhaps those thoughts are what might be called "reverse thinking" or put another way, "the cart before the horse"?
