SIR - One of the pleasures of the 'lockdown' has been our daily one-hour walk. Quite often my wife and I go onto Baildon Moor via the gated access next to The Shroggs club.
There is a notice on one of the two gates there that states dogs should be kept on a lead at all times until July 27 because of ground nesting birds.
What is sad is that the first thing dog owners do, is to let their dearly beloved pet run free over the moorland. However what is equally sad is that there at least four other access points on to that part of the moor that do not display the sign.
