SIR - Prince Harry and wife Meghan claim to want "privacy". Odd, when they seem to constantly seek media publicity, including their own website.
However, on the issue of baby Archie's Christening, I am afraid details of that can NOT be kept secret as, since 1978, the law requires all Church of England baptisms to be registered - with names of babies, parents, godparents and minister officiating.
Once that is listed, like many other things, eg birth, marriage, death and probate or land registry, they are public records, accessible by all on payment of a fee.
