SIR - The ''undemocratic'' EU cannot make any major changes to its constitution without the full agreement of all member states` sitting parliaments.
The UK is currently attempting to make the biggest change to our status for decades without the consent of its member states` parliaments, ie Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Which is the true democracy here? I wonder.
