SIR - I was reading an article in the KBB which is the 'bible' for all kitchen and bathroom manufacturers.
Miele GB said 42per cent of British companies outsource manufacturing abroad but 83per cent of these companies have experienced quality issues. As a result, over half are moving manufacturing back to the UK.
