SIR - The recent stormy weather is just as predicted with climate change.
Warmer air means more energy in the atmosphere and more water vapour and so heavier rain and stronger winds.
Structural damage and flooding will be the norm in years to come as will the increased insurance premiums.
We should be reducing our carbon and methane emissions if we don't want it to get far worse.
