SIR - On behalf of Baildon parish carol singers, I should like to thank the manager, staff and customers of Baildon Co-operative, Northgate, for the splendid result of our carol singing, on the two Saturday mornings before Christmas.
More than £580 was raised to benefit homeless people, via Crisis and Shelter.
We enjoyed singing - as did the customers, some of whom joined in for a short while!
