SIR - Many of your readers write to the T&A to complain about the non-progress of the Broadway development.
While this may ease their anger and frustration, what good does it actually achieve?
Why not do as I have done and write directly to Westfield outlining the positive benefits of the development, the damage that the delay is having on the city centre and the negative perception of Westfield due to their reluctance to talk openly with their future customers?
It's not only cathartic, but gets the message across to people who can actually take action.
