SIR – So our local politicians have now proudly announced another 'cunning plan' – they wish to to sell off the artistic heritage of our city to keep services functioning.
Their actions are equivalent to someone selling their car’s engine parts to pay for petrol when the car stalled. The truth is that our city is in a dire mess, primarily because of this kind of comical thought process and mismanagement of local politicians.
What do they intend to leave for future generations? Zero heritage but lots of debt!
