SIR - Some of your readers may already be aware that Bradford Cathedral Community College on Lister Avenue, will be closing in July, 2007, to make way for the new Bradford Academy.
Many of your readers will remember the school in its previous incarnations of Bowling Community College, and firstly, as Fairfax Community School.
As part of the closing celebrations we are planning on having a reunion of past students and staff, probably in June. I am also hoping to compile a book of memories, photographs, anecdotes etc from the school's somewhat chequered and interesting past!
I would be most grateful if your readers could send me any photos, memories etc that I could use. All pictures will be returned immediately and acknowledged.
