SIR - In My View (T&A, November 10) was a wonderful article. The writer, Danny Higson, is obviously endowed with an excellent measure of common sense.
What a pity that our so-called leaders do not have the same. The legislation referred to by Mr Higson is another example of an ill thought out, knee-jerk reaction to a subject which is not in need of any Government interference.
It is yet another means of introducing a back door tax.
The sooner this Government is removed the better - roll on the next General Election.
I agree with every word written by Mr Higson.
