SIR – After reading ‘Travel pass warning’ (T&A, January 1), I would like to point out that not everyone has access to a computer or even wants to go online.
Anyone can go to the Interchange now and get their bus passes changed. You don’t need a new photograph either. If you choose to have another photo, this is also done for you at the counter.
