SOCIAL and self advocacy group People First Keighley & Craven is working with the NHS to deliver the new ‘Keeping Neurodivergent People Connected’ service offering support to the vulnerable during the coronavirus pandemic.
This free service is available to anyone with a neurodiversity condition including autism, Asperger Syndrome, ADHD and mild learning disabilities with particular focus being on those individuals who may not already be routinely connected with services.
The pandemic has caused huge disruption to peoples lives and the group is there to help people understand their current circumstances, help problem solve, provide access to specialist services in their area and offer support and information.
