TWO more coronavirus-related deaths have been recorded at Airedale Hospital taking the total to 11 so far.
NHS England said in a statement this afternoon that a further 604 people, who tested positive for coronavirus (Covid-19) had died in England, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals to 3,302.
Patients were aged between 24 and 100 years old.
Thirty-four of the 604 patients (aged between 27 and 92 years old) had no known underlying health condition.
Their families have been informed.
Nationally, 684 more people have died bringing the national total to 3,605.
The total number of deaths in the North East and Yorkshire to date is 62.
