AN artisan bakery business, in Ingleton, has come away with 21 awards at the World Bread Awards, in London, recently.

The haul takes the number of accolades for Seasons Bakery, run by Dan Nemeth and Charlotte Scott to 31 this year, including success at the Baking Industry Awards (BIA) in September.

The bakeries multi award-winning bread secured seven gold, six silver and eight bronze awards at their latest outing.

The company also came second in three categories - Great British white, speciality savoury sourdough and the people’s choice award.

Mr Nemeth said: “2019 has been a fantastic year for us with a grand total of 31, with eight Great taste awards, a national Green Apple award and our biggest, Speciality Product of the Year award at the BIA with our beetroot sourdough.

Seasons Bakery also runs an artisan school with classes booking up very fast. They also run courses in sourdough.
