CROSS Hills Tennis Club celebrated the success of a new junior tennis coaching programme with awards and a fun day fundraiser for Manorlands and raising over £350.
Junior coaching has been introduced to the club with coach Jamie Walters, of Kinetic Tennis.
Mr Walters said: "The courses are going really well, exceeding the targets set, raising the profile of the club and developing junior and adult tennis."
A good turn-out went on to enjoy a BBQ and fun tennis activities; an exhibition match, 'beat the coach', social tennis and games.
Further coaching courses for both juniors and adults are planned.
