STAFF from Steeton’s Damart warehouse, along with colleagues from headquarters in Bingley are taking part in Wear it Pink day for the fifteenth year running in support of Breast Cancer Now.
The fundraising day is on Friday, October 19. Colleagues will be showing their support with bold and colourful fuchsia outfits and accessories.
Jo Phipps, employee engagement Advisor at Damart said: “Wear it Pink Day is always an enjoyable and fun day, it’s great to see such a huge sense of team spirit amongst the team and knowing that we are supporting and raising awareness for such a great cause makes the day even better.’’
Four pounds from the sales of their pink vest and short-sleeved pink t-shirt, along with other fundraisers have raised over £200,000 in 15 years for breast cancer charities.
