AN APPLICATION has been lodged to use a portable garage site as an operating centre for a goods vehicle.
Adam Pawski trading as Pow Plant & Grab Ltd of Birchlands Grove, Wilsden, is applying for a licence to use Clayton Portable Garages, Scarlet Heights, Queensbury, Bradford BD13 1BU as an operating centre for one goods vehicle.
Owners or occupiers of land, including buildings, near the centre,who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 6NF, stating their reasons. They must also send a copy of their representations to the applicant .A guide to making representations is available from the Traffic Commissioner’s Office.
