A WHARFEDALE recruitment agency’s directors have been busy during lockdown - raising awareness of Motor Neurone Disease.
SupportEd Recruitment, a teacher recruitment agency with offices in York and Pool-in-Wharfedale, is run by brothers Richard and James Robinson.
Both are Bradford City fans who are supporting Stephen Darby - a former Bradford City captain who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2018 - and the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation. Stephen is a former Bradford City captain who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2018.
The Robinsons took part in a 100k run in May and have raised more than £500 for the foundation through running, walking and cycling.
James Robinson said: “With the coronavirus situation and being allowed to go out for an hour a day to exercise there really wasn’t a better time to take part and support the foundation.”
