CLIMATE Justice will be the subject of a Pizza and Politics night at Otley.
Members of Otley 2030 - which is working towards making Otley a carbon-neutral town - will give the presentation at the Philip Coyne Labour Rooms on Monday, September 16.
The event starts at 7.30pm and Otley Town Councillor Mick Bradley (Green, Danefield) is among those who will be attending.
He said: "The evening will provide an opportunity to see our local efforts to tackle a climate emergency as part of wider efforts to achieve justice for the many people in poorer countries, globally, who are already affected by climate related flooding and drought.
"It is also a question of justice in this country for young people - who will be joining 'climate strikes' on Friday, September 20 - and for those living in poor quality housing near congested and polluted main roads in Leeds and across the UK."
The event is open to all and admission costs £2, which includes a slice of pizza.
