REALITY TV star and priest Kate Bottley will give the keynote address at a major teaching and learning conference in Leeds.

Rev Bottley became known to viewers around the country when she appeared on Channel 4’s Gogglebox in 2014. She went on to present and appear on a number of other shows.

She will speak about the challenges facing educators and young people today at the Teaching and Learning Leeds Conference 2019, which takes place at The Grammar School at Leeds on Saturday, June 22.

Although well known today as a broadcaster and Church of England priest, Kate is a qualified teacher, who graduated from Trinity and All Saints College - which later became Leeds Trinity University.

Now in its fourth year, the Teaching and Learning Leeds Conference attracts around 300 delegates from across Yorkshire and further afield. Admission to the conference is £25. Visit www.gsal.org.uk/events for further information.
