SINGERS are being invited to join a choir to perform at a Christmas concert in Yeadon.
The Yeadon Theatre Company, formerly YAODS, is starting rehearsals for the annual Christmas Concert to be held on Friday, December 21 in Yeadon Town Hall. New singers of any part are welcome to join the combined choir.
The first rehearsal will be held in Yeadon Methodist Church at 7.30pm on Wednesday, October 10. Future venues will be confirmed then. For further information ring Pam Beck on 01943 462283.
This week the group began its performances of A Kick In the Baubles at Yeadon Town Hall, from October 3 to 6.
A spokeswoman said: “When they are not laughing from the hilarious script, the talented cast are working hard to produce a top quality performance to start the festive season. Jonathan Spry in particular is enjoying playing Harry, a rich brash Yorkshire Business man. He is loud and not in any way subtle and likes beautiful things , including women.”
