A WHARFEDALE cafe has seen its fundraising total for 2018 climb to nearly £3,000.
Cock Pit Farm Tea Rooms at Weston has been holding events for Guide Dogs throughout the year.
Its two most recent fundraisers, a quiz and a sponsored, blindfolded walk have now brought in another £900.
Cafe owner Sue Sansbury said: “It was a very unnerving experience to walk without sight, even with a guide, and gave us all an insight and renewed enthusiasm for our fundraising, which now stands at almost £3,000.”
