BRADFORD Council is supporting a primary school in Bingley after positive cases of Covid-19 were detected at the school.
The Telegraph and Argus had been contacted by a concerned member of the public who reported that two bubbles and four classes had been closed at Trinity All Saints CofE Primary School in Bingley.
A council spokesperson said: “The school has had some positive cases, with some classes therefore closed.
"We continue to provide support to schools all across the district at this difficult time.
"It’s important that we all work together to stop the spread of the virus.”
The news comes in the wake of a rising number of cases across the Bradford district and the country, which has been attributed to the Delta variant of Covid-19.
