KEIGHLEY Leisure Centre has been closed for election count preparations.
The building will be shut to the public from today (May 1). It will reopen on Monday, May 10.
It and Victoria Hall, which has also been closed, are among venues being used to count the votes following Thursday's election.
Bradford Council says the extended closure is necessary so that Covid safety measures, such as protective screens and sanitiser stations, can be installed and deep cleaning carried out.
Counts will be spread over three days so social distancing can be adhered to.
