ROY DYKES BUTCHERS
If you’ve been searching for outstanding quality meat, fruit, and vegetables, all sourced locally and in an area close to you, but can’t quite find what you’re looking for, then Roy Dykes Butchers & Greengrocers could be just right for you.
Serving Keighley, West Yorkshire, as well as the surrounding areas, you can count on this local business to provide you with not only some great produce, but a friendly and personal experience with every shop. As the only greengrocers and game dealers in Keighley, there are always a wide variety of fresh products available, with all of the meat locally sourced and prepared in-store by experience staff.
Though this local gem was established in the 1940s, it has recently been taken on by it’s current own Ben, who has been with the company since the age of 11 when he first began as a dishwasher under the tutelage of the previous owner, Roy.
When Roy retired ten years later, it was Ben – now aged only 20 – who took on the business, committing to delivering the same high quality and professional standards that it had always known, but with his own mark firmly stamped on the place.
Speaking to Ben gives a great insight into the stellar work ethic and connection with their customers that he is keen to continue, an aspect of their business that has seen customers happily return time and again.
“I have the drive and the ambition to really see that this business thrives. A fresh pair of eyes on a business that has served its community for years.”
With their locally sourced products, award-winning sausages and burgers and their well-earned reputation throughout Keighley and the surrounding areas, the next time you’re wondering where you can get great produce for a fair price, head over to Roy Dykes Butchers & Greengrocers.
