HUNDREDS of shrubs and flowers have been donated to Manorlands to brighten-up its grounds.

Keighley-based G Clarke Landscaping delivered topsoil and around 300 plants.

And managing director Gareth Clarke has offered his services for free to ensure the grounds of the Oxenhope Sue Ryder hospice are well-maintained year-round.

He said: “Manorlands holds a very special place in the hearts of many people and we are delighted to be able to do our bit to help, especially during these challenging times when the hospice needs support from the community more than ever.”

Hayley Ibbotson, senior community fundraiser at Manorlands, pays tribute. “We’re very grateful to Gareth and his team for this generous donation and kind gesture of ongoing support,” she said. “The new plants will be a fantastic addition to our gardens, which provide a much-needed reflective and tranquil space for staff, patients and families.”
