THE players at Keighley RUFC have decided to raise money for a cause close to their hearts, Manorlands Hospice, and also for the much-needed refurbishment of the first XV changing rooms.
When organising the challenge, the players decided they wanted to be tested physically and mentally, so they have chosen to do the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.
The money raised will be split evenly between the two causes, and any additional money raised will go to Manorlands Hospice in Oxenhope.
Despite only beginning their fundraising efforts yesterday morning, Keighley had already raised over £200 of their £2,000 target by yesterday evening.
