A HOUSEBUILDER has boosted its management team.

Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire, whose schemes include Branshaw Park in Keighley, has appointed two new trainee field sales managers.

Holly Grand has climbed the career ladder after joining the company as a trainee sales advisor in 2017.

“With this being my first managerial role it is certainly a new challenge,” said Holly, 22.

“I believe communication is one of the strongest skills in sales – customers want to be kept informed.”

Lisa Jones has a wealth of experience in sales, having worked for companies such as Estée Lauder and DFS.

“I have always loved sales,” said the 44-year-old.

“I am very driven in making sure customers get the service they expect – and the results then follow. I am delighted to join Persimmon Homes.”

Simon Whalley, the company’s sales director, welcomed the appointments.

“We are delighted that Holly and Lisa accepted the roles,” he said. “They each come with different skills and approaches and we see this as an asset to the business.”
