HELP is on offer to people feeling anxious due to the coronavirus crisis.

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust’s MyWellbeing College has produced a free-to-access online recording.

Managing Worry Coronavirus (COVID-19) includes information about the signs and symptoms of anxiety, particularly surrounding the disease, and advice on managing it. Plus there are details of how to access further support if needed.

Naomi Holdsworth, the college’s clinical manager, said: “At the moment we’re all in a very unusual situation. The world right now can seem a stressful place, with lots of unknowns and some things outside of our control.

“We want people to realise it’s OK and perfectly normal to feel a bit worried, scared or helpless about the current situation – and that’s why we recorded the Managing Worry webinar.

“It can help you learn ways to manage change, worry and uncertainty, supporting your mental health during the pandemic and beyond.”
