A CHARITY has been relaunched to support people across the district.
Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust has given its former charitable fund a new name – Better Lives.
The trust says the new title reflects the charity’s vision to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of patients, service users and families across communities, through charitable activity.
Bosses say the charity has received a number of donations in recent weeks.
Better Lives chairman Dr Zulfi Hussain, a non-executive director on the trust board, said: “We are so grateful for the donations, as mental health and community services can sometimes get overlooked.
“We are keen to work with our local communities to identify opportunities for individuals and businesses to get involved in our fundraising activities.”
