CHARITY fundraising has gone to the heads of staff at a Cross Hills motor dealership.
Workers at Bristol Street Motors, on the Crossings Business Park, are supporting the #HaircutsforHeroes campaign.
They and colleagues at other dealerships operated by Vertu Motors are undergoing DIY haircuts– and donating their normal spend on a trim or shampoo and set to NHS Charities Together.
A Just Giving online fundraising page has also been set-up, with the aim of coining-in £20,000.
“Our colleagues are really embracing this fundraising and having some fun!” said Robert Forrester, for Vertu Motors.
“NHS staff and volunteers are doing the most amazing work right now and we wanted to show our respect and gratitude.”
