HAWORTH's annual Bunny Runs may be off this year, but hospital patients will be the winners.
The running club that organises the popular races every April on Penistone Hill had already bought a large amount of Easter eggs before coronavirus forced cancellation.
Wharfedale Harriers race coordinator Estelle release got authorisation to donate them to Airedale Hospital instead.
She and daughter Alana, a fellow member, donated 150 eggs to Airedale, and sweets and chocolate treats to Townend Close and Beanlands Nursing Home in Cross Hills.
All were very appreciative.
