A FIRM which normally supplies milk and other products to Keighley schools and public venues has adapted its services to provide a lifeline during the coronavirus crisis.
Fresh Pastures is now providing an online home delivery service for those in the town requiring support.
The company is particularly targeting youngsters normally in receipt of free school meals, children of key workers who are still attending school, youngsters with special needs, the elderly and the isolated.
Dawn Carney, for Fresh Pastures, said: “In these exceptionally challenging times, we all need to adapt quickly and use whatever resources we have to support each other.
“As schools have closed temporarily, so has 97 per cent of our business. But we still have a robust distribution infrastructure and recognise that we have an opportunity to redistribute our services to offer a vital resource for communities. We have completely changed our entire operation.
“We are working with many local authorities to feed the vulnerable and can play a vital part in helping our communities.”
