THE REGRETTES have rescheduled their UK tour for the autumn, with a gig at Manchester Gorilla on September 8.
The girl group made a huge leap forward in 2019, their second album, how Do You Love? getting a following on both sides of the Atlantic with songs like California Friends, I Dare You and Pumpkin receiving millions of streams.
They completed a huge European arena tour as guests to Twenty One Pilots and delivered killer main stage sets at both the Reading and Leeds Festivals.
The Regrettes – consisting of charismatic19-year-old frontwoman Lydia Night, Genessa Gariano (guitar), Brooke Dickson (bass) and Drew Thomsen (drums) – were described by NME as “achingly cool, and with a live show that’ll make your head go all dizzy”.
Clash magazine said: “All barbed wire riffs and helter skelter rhythms, the band’s’ rock ‘n’ roll sound comes with smart-as-hell observations on life as a woman.”
