THE INSPIRING true story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan comes to the stage in hit musical On Your Feet!.

There will be conga lines at Leeds Grand as the theatre hosts the all-singing, all-dancing show from March 23-28.

On Your Feet! charts the couple’s journey from origins in Cuba to the streets of Miami and finally international stardom.

The show features some of the most iconic songs of the 1980s and 1990s, including Rhythm is Gonna Get You, Conga, Get On Your Feet, Don’t Want To Lose You Now and 1-2-3.

The show is directed by Tony Award-winner Jerry Mitchell, who was responsible for Kinky Boots and Legally Blonde, with choreography from Olivier Award winner Sergio Trujillo.

On Your Feet! stars Philippa Stefani, who performed in Rent and In The Heights, as Gloria, and George Ioannides (Annie, Mamma Mia, An Officer and a Gentleman) as Emilio.

Gloria Estefan has sold over 100 million records worldwide and is the most successful Latin crossover performer in the history of pop music, with 38 number ones. She recorded the Oscar-nominated song music of My Heart.

Emilio Estefan is a founding member of the pioneering Miami Sound Machine, who created a new Latin crossover sound, fusing infectious Cuban rhythms with American pop and disco.
