THE world’s most famous nanny is flying into Keighley.
Mary Poppins is descending on Holy Family School.
Students from years seven to 11 are performing the Disney and Cameron Mackintosh production Mary Poppins JR, a version of the classic musical specially adapted for schools.
The supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Holy Family staging takes place at the school, in Spring Gardens Lane, on Friday, February 7, and Saturday, February 8, at 7pm.
There will also be a 3pm matinee performance on the Saturday.
A strong cast is headed by Emma Devlin in the title role.
The school said it was delighted to be putting on the production.
“We can offer a couple of hours of fun which will be ‘practically perfect in every way’!” said a spokesman.
Tickets are priced £6 for adults and £4 concessions.

A number of well-known Disney titles have been adapted into shorter versions for schools.
