PROCEEDS from Christmas tree sales at a historic hall are being ploughed back into maintaining the National Trust site.
Money raised through the initiative at East Riddlesden Hall will be used for restoration work on the 17th-century building, care of collections and maintenance of the grounds.
“The British-grown trees are freshly cut and sustainably sourced,” said Dilip Mysorekar, retail and membership manager. “Funds raised will help our dedicated team of volunteers to enable future generations to enjoy this special place.”
The trees are on sale until Sunday, December 15.
