THE FORCE will be with Beechcliffe Special School as it hosts its annual Super Cars and Super Heroes day.

The grounds of the Keighley school will be taken over by fantastic cars old and new from across the world.

The Corvette Club, Chevin Motor Club and NYPD are among organisations providing vehicles for the event on Saturday September 21, between 11am to 3pm.

Organiser Julian Maxfield said: “To ensure these cars are safe we have characters from the big screen including the Star Wars universe courtesy of Sentinel Squad UK.

“CPM Entertainers will be on hand with Bumble Bee and the future of law enforcement, Robocop!”

Marvel superheroes Iron Man and Spider-Man will be posing for selfies with visitors.

Julian added: “After lunch we will have some of Keighley’s real-life superheroes from the West Yorkshire Fire Service with one of their engines.”

Admission is adults £3, under-12s £2, and family (2 adults 2 children) £8.
