KEIGHLEY’s Shimla Spice has won another award for being a top restaurant.
The eaterie on Damside has been named West Yorkshire’s Best Asian Restaurant in the Northern Enterprise Awards.
The awards were organised by SME News, a website offering news, features and deals concerning small and medium-sized businesses.
Shimla Spice manager Faisal Hussain’s said: “This seems to be a good year for us for awards. I’m also a finalist in the English City Awards 2019 for the best general manager of the year 2019.”
The Northern Enterprise Awards celebrate the industriousness and dedication of companies in the north of England.
SME News said: “With a dominant offering in the service sector, manufacturing and a flourishing start-up environment, businesses in the North are clearly worthy of commendation and recognition.
“Boasting bustling ports, a vibrant culture for media and the arts, and venues of incredible natural beauty, northern England has proven to be an attractive region for a variety of businesses from traditional industries to cutting-edge enterprises.”
